Marketing and Organizational Development professional joins team to help drive new initiatives and company rebrand.
Connor brings to the firm over 20 years of experience providing sales and marketing, change management, organizational development, digital transformation, and leadership development services for a variety of industries. She also brings a deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions and business financing, which will be integrated into the firm’s service offerings along with her other areas of expertise. “The firm is involved in several exciting projects and has an untapped well of expertise,” says Connor. “We are already developing several new programs that will allow us to help financial advisors, accountants, and other business owners create scale and sustainable growth.”
Connor served KCG as an external consultant prior to joining the firm. As Chief Growth Officer she will manage the firm’s marketing, product and service development, and technologies, as well as serve as fractional CMO for partner firms and key clients. She will use her knowledge of change management, technology, and organizational systems to transform the company’s internal systems and technology stack while developing streamlined processes and brand assets to support sales and client services. Connor has a track record of increasing revenue and productivity by 30% to as much as 200% by improving sales and marketing channels, implementing new products and services, and by strengthening the customer value chain. Additionally, Connor will continue to provide thought leadership and expertise to industry outlets as a speaker and writer. She has been a presenter for a number of events and organizations including the Institute for leadership in Capital Projects, SXSW Interactive, the Society for Marketing Professional Services, and the Global Leadership Conference for Women in Energy, among others. Connor will support the New York based national consulting firm from her home in San Antonio, Texas.
